Jean B. Jorgensen

Jean Jorgensen commenced her career as a software engineer and program manager, specializing in Japanese localization.  She and her husband, Bill Jorgensen, later owned and operated a technical recruiting business.  In 2000, she started her second career, attending Seattle University School of Law.  After graduating cum laude and passing the bar, she formed her own law firm and provided supportive legal services to various law firms throughout the greater Seattle area.  In 2007, she began working closely with attorney Susan Rae Sampson, who planned her retirement in 2009.  Jean began private practice in March 2009, to assist with the transition of many of Ms. Sampson’s cases.  Jean focuses on a wide scope of general litigation, including commercial, employment, real estate, land use, insurance, civil rights, miscellaneous torts, and criminal defense work.  Jean is honored to serve as a strong advocate for each of her clients, regardless of whether they are a large international corporation, small local business, or a single individual fighting for justice.
